Intro to Inversions Workshop

This three-hour workshop offers plenty of time to explore the interplay between inversions and balance. An inversion is a pose where the head is positioned lower than the heart. An inverted balance adds an extra layer of challenge, typically balancing the pose on the hands, forearms, or head.

This workshop focuses on building strong foundations, providing the knowledge and confidence required to further develop your practice. You will be empowered with a fundamental understanding of pose mechanics and take-home exercises and drills to support your progression of these skills.

We will be breaking down poses like Crow, Side Crow, Pincha, Headstand, and Handstand. You'll have the chance to practice and play in a supportive, friendly, zero-pressure environment. No expectations or judgment, just encouragement and fun!

All levels are welcome, and no prior experience with inversions is required. However, engaging in a regular yoga practice will prove helpful. All you need is curiosity, an open mind, and a willingness to try.

Please contact me with any questions you may have before diving in.
