A bit about Beth’s classes
Beth teaches an energising and uplifting class that will ground you in the present moment. A stimulating movement practice for body and mind, balanced and coordinated through mindful breath.
Beth creates an encouraging and playful environment that supports self expression, exploration and growth. An inclusive space for all practitioners. Beth guides individuals to find their creative flow, understanding that each individual has unique intentions and motivations for showing up, She encourages yogis to practice with awareness to create a personal practice in line with their present purpose. Sequences allow for progressions, regressions, variations and modifications to enable the student to take control of their practice and work to their level.
Beth hopes to empower practitioners with tools that support, centre and balance their life beyond the yoga mat.
A bit about Beth’s journey
Beginning at age 19, and for many years after, Beth found herself dipping in and out of yoga. Upon reflection realising that she was pulled to yoga whenever her life felt our of balance! After moving to London in 2016 she began a regular, committed practice offering her respite from the rush of a corporate career in the City of London.
The practice profoundly altered Beth’s relationship to her mind and body. After years of personal struggle, she realised a new joy and appreciation for how amazing the human body is, recognising the importance of nourishing the vessel which carries her life.
Deepening her relationship to her physical body led Beth to find a new connection to her mental, emotional and spiritual self. The evident improvement to her mental health and wellbeing were impossible to ignore, a catalyst that led her to change career paths entirely.
Beth hopes to share the transformational benefits that she has experienced through her teaching.
